Heat Pumps in Salem and Surrounding Towns

Salem, Beverly, Marblehead, Peabody, Swampscott, Danvers, Lynn and a handful more, each one measured before anything gets chosen.

Craftsman style house with a green lawn and blue sky

Our crews put in heat pumps and walk owners through rebates and borrowing across Salem and the Essex County communities nearby: Beverly, Marblehead, Peabody, Swampscott, Danvers, Lynn, Nahant, Wenham, Middleton and Lynnfield. Housing shifts street to street, from clapboard colonials and capes to two-families, triple-deckers and newer builds on the outskirts. Since each one loses heat its own way, each one gets measured first.

Waterfront versus inland

A house facing the harbor wind loses heat faster than one tucked inland. Exposure and glass both feed into the numbers.

Buildings with several households

Two-families and triple-deckers get planned apartment by apartment, giving each household its own controls.

Who supplies your power

Most nearby towns buy electricity from Mass Save utilities. Peabody, Marblehead and Lynnfield run municipal light plants with separate rebates, and we explain what applies.

One Playbook, Every Town

Whether the house sits in Danvers or out on the Nahant causeway, the order holds: a phone conversation, an eligibility check for rebate and loan, a measuring visit, a written proposal, installation and paperwork. What varies by town is the power company. Homes with a Mass Save electric account follow Mass Save rebate rules. Homes supplied by a municipal light plant follow that plant's program instead, though the HEAT Loan can still come into play when National Grid or Eversource delivers the gas.
